TUNNEL TYPE AUTOMATIC OVEN

The side walls of the Auto line tunnel type baking ovens are manufactured using sandwich panels with a thickness of 15 cm. The automatic line baking furnaces, where the circulation is made with a radial fan, use the orifice to provide a homogeneous heat distribution. The wet paint and powder coating furnaces sold are thermoblocked and manufactured entirely from stainless steel.

Auto line tunnel furnaces of our company are painted with electrostatic paint and only TSE and CE certified materials are used in the panel. The doors of the auto line wet paint and powder coating oven hinges are hinged and can be filled with silicone material to prevent leakage. All of our wet paint and powder paint cooking ovens are IGDAS approved and have TSE guarantee. In addition, the heating time of the furnaces we produce is very short and it provides our customers with both time and cost advantages.
